Please note that we conduct a full credit and background check. Our minimum credit score is 575, income wise you need to be making three times the amount of rent after taxes (net income), we only combine income for two adults. We do not allow more than two roommates. Each person 18 or older occupying the property will need to submit an application, all occupants 17 or younger must be listed on the parent or legal guardians application. Photo ID’s are required. Please note that once the application is submitted, the application fee is nonrefundable. Application fee is $50 per applicant, there is an additional $5 processing fee. Please attach all proof of income and photo ID’s to the application, or send them to our email [email protected]. For proof of income we will need the past 30 days paystubs or the past 90 days full bank statements, please note that we cannot use savings as proof of income.”
